You can’t argue with success. Well, if you are a delusional liberal you can, but a new poll shows that a majority of Americans think the Trump economy is in ‘Good Shape.’

Perhaps even more shocking is the fact that the majority of those believe that the economy is thriving actually credit President Donald Trump’s policies for our fiscal turnaround.

According to Newsmax, some of the more interesting nuggets included in the poll are:

  • Rating the nation’s economy, 18 percent called it “very good,” 46 percent called is “somewhat good,” 27 percent called it “somewhat bad,” and 9 percent called it “very bad.”
  • Rating Trump’s responsibility for the current state of the economy, 35 percent credit Trump’s policies “a great deal,” 33 percent give him credit “somewhat,” 21 percent says his policies are “not very” responsible, and 11 percent his policies are “not at all” responsible.
  • Rating the look ahead for the economy, 42 percent said they were optimistic about the economy in the next year or two, while 33 percent were pessimistic; 25 percent weren’t sure.
  • Rating voting preferences in the midterms, 9 percent of voters would prefer to vote for a Republican more independent from Trump; 34 percent would pick a Republican more in line with Trump; 22 percent would pick a progressive or liberal Democrat and 23 percent would pick a moderate Democrat.

The poll is most certainly a blow to Democratic prospects in the upcoming election. What do you think of the Trump Economy? Share your opinion in the comments section below.
